Price Match Policy

Subject to the following terms the Roof Rack Centre will match a competitor's price for the same advertised product from their stocked range of selected products. A Price Match claim must be made at the time of purchase at the Roof Rack Centre store. To claim a Price Match, you must request a Price Match in-store at the time of purchase and present proof of the competitor's price. Examples of valid proof include a mailer, catalogue, advertisement or website offer.

The Price Match is subject to the following conditions:

• Price Match is only available in-store. It is not available for purchases made on the Roof Rack Centre website.
• The competitor price must be offered by a New Zealand-based retailer (includes New Zealand-operated online retailers).
• The competitor price must be offered on the same make, model and SKU code.
• The competitor price must be the final price paid for the item, inclusive of all GST, taxes, fees and charges (inc delivery), and in New Zealand dollars.

The following competitor prices will not be eligible for the Price Match offer:

• Prices offered for second-hand, factory seconds or ex-demonstration products;
• Prices offered by websites, magazines, newspapers, catalogues or other mediums that are not owned by a New Zealand-based retailer;
• Prices offered on any auction or classified advertising website, magazine, newspaper, catalogues or other mediums (for example Trade Me);
• Prices offered by individuals, groups or companies as a private sale.
• Prices offered for trade quotes, stock liquidations, commercial quantities,
• The Roof Rack Centre reserves the right to independently verify the competitor price offer before confirming a Price Match.
• The Roof Rack Centre reserves the right to refuse price matching should it not be commercially viable.
• Price Match is available only on stocked products and rain checks/ special orders will not be available.
